Kaizer Chiefs release another two defenders
Kaizer Chiefs have part ways with Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Siphosakhe Ntiya Ntiya few days before the club starts with pre-season.
Mphahlele who is affectionately known as “Rama” made his debut for Chiefs in August 2016 after winning CAF Champions League with Mamelodi Sundowns.
Rama contract with Kaizer Chiefs is coming to an end in June 30 and the club opted not to renew it.
The former South Africa U20 captain has played a total of 127 matches for Soweto Giants since his arrival at Naturena.
The Glamour Boys has also released Ntiya Ntiya who they promoted to the senior team in January 2018.
Ntiya Ntiya has been struggling with game time since his promotion to the senior team.
The 25 years old from Bizana, Eastern Cape has worked with coach Arthur Zwane in the development ranks and in the senior team.
The left back played only five matches for Chiefs last season despite the experienced S’fiso Hlanti being injured half of the season.
