Soweto giants face each other

South Africa will be separated again this afternoon when two giants from Soweto face each other this afternoon. Families won’t see each other eye to eye due to love of their clubs. Neither, neighbours want to see their club losing against another giant.

Kaizer Chiefs are facing Orlando Pirates after shameful defeat against Stellenbosch at home on Tuesday afternoon. The glamour boys are sitting on seventh position behind their rivals Orlando Pirates who are motivated after beating Sekhukhune United 2-1 at Orlando stadium.

Furthermore, Kaizer Chiefs will be without their experienced left back Sifiso Hlanti who got injury at training this week. Hlanti has been important player to Stuart Baxter team since he arrived at the club.

However, the Buccaneers will miss their captain Happy Jele who got injured against Royal AM. Jele who recently celebrated his 400 appearances for the Sea Robbers is unavailable after hurting his right leg in the second half against Royal AM.

A victory between these two teams will help them to close the gap that Mamelodi Sundowns is extending on every game they play at DStv premiership.
